Taking a break from the annoying Australian history debate about frontier conflict, I checked LJ and read 0_cheonsa_0's post about the Monkey Head album she ripped for me. So I'm all "okay, then let's add it to the playlist" and I realise I can't find it ANYWHERE o_O
It was on my desktop before the semester started, and I should have moved it to my music folder. But it's not there with the other musicians that start with 'M'.
I even did a search for any file or folder with 'monkey' in the title. Nothing.
*insert mini-panic scene*
I scrolled through the music folder again and then. Under 'T'. "The 2nd Phase Of 멍키 헤드". *twitch* That's what I get for forgetting what language I typed the band name in...

And after watching the MV, I am even more convinced that Oh My Friend is not a Big Bang feat. No Brain song, but a No Brain feat. Big Bang song.

And I think you really can't understand the love for your own country unless you're overseas and watching the National Day parade over the Internet with a whole roomful of Sgeans. And the video streaming lags and you go o_O and then the laptop goes to sleep and everyone goes "OOOOEEEEEIIIIIIII" until someone gets up to wake it up.

Standing up to sing the National Anthem. Reciting the pledge together. Pointing out all the mistakes. Cringing at the Red Lion who didn't land perfect. Ooohing at the maneuvers of the Black Knights.

Sunday 27th:-
사랑concert was cancelled, so jeckadolly and I went to 압구정 and she brought me to see where SM is. 압구정, like 강남, is an awesome place for car-watching.

Monday 28th:-
The Internet went down due to IP address changing. They didn't tell us in advance though... Much boredom due to lack of Internet and lack of the usual dose of Sukira.
Picked up my box from eiryuu~ Words cannot describe how I felt when I was opening the box and reading your letter. And catching sight of the A7X MVI and the 7-inch record peeking out from beneath other stuff. Thank you so much <3

Tuesday 29th:-
Internet could be back at 6pm, but could also be down til Friday. jeckadolly and I were going to go to 인사동 to look at pretty stuff after class, so while I was waiting for her class to end, I randomly surfed the Net in uni.
I didn't expect to see a news article on Naver about the passing of Monday Kiz member Kim Minsu. We detoured to Hot Trax in Kyobo to buy their 3rd album. So sad... It just came out recently, they were finally getting the recognition they deserved, and then this...
Since we were out, we figured we'd go over to watch Sukira 'live' since we weren't sure if the Net was back up. Teuk so prettyprettypretty. He walked past in front of me. If I took a step forward and reached my hand out I would have touched him. But I'm me, and I didn't couldn't.

Wednesday 30th:-
Picked up Kyobo box from down the hill. Finally got 궁 17, Schizo 2nd album, Teupik maxi single. Gah with 궁 *fusses* I want a happy ending with the pairing I like. When will 18 come out? Kyaaa...

Thursday 1st:-
jeckadolly, Deborah, Catherine, Yuki leave for Jeju. I'll be meeting them in Mokpo on Sunday. Then we'll go to Jindo to take part in the sea parting festival on Monday.

I still have an essay topic to think of and an outline to write, and a Korean speech to write. I don't see me doing any of it though, sadly...

Note to self: Today's 말토스 game word "콩깍지". Hyuk got picked but lost. I would say Hyuk wins clothes-wise today... But see what the jeckadolly thinks.
